How the Fund has invested its capital
The Nuclear Waste Fund´s capital investments are governed by rules established at different levels.
At the highest level are provisions issued by the Government in the Ordinance (2008:715) on Financial Measures for the Management of Waste Products from Nuclear Activities.
At the next level, the Board of Governors of the Fund has formulated an investment policy, subject to the provisions of the Ordinance.
