How the Fund has invested its capital

The Nuclear Waste Fund´s capital investments are governed by rules established at different levels.
At the highest level are provisions issued by the Riksdag (Swedish parliament) in the Financing Act and the Goverment in the Ordinance (2017:1180) on the Management of the Assets of the Nuclear Waste Fund. At the next level, the Board of Governors of the Fund has formulated an investment policy, subject to the provisions of the Ordinance.
