Investment policy and policy for responsible investments.
The Board of the Nuclear Waste Fund establishes policy annually.
The purpose of the policy is to provide rules for the investment of the Fund’s assets. The policy sets the goal for rate of return while defining the division of responsibilities between the Fund’s Board of Governors and Kammarkollegiet (the Legal, Financial and Administrative Services Agency). The policy stipulates how different risks are controlled and limited and how the results of fund management are reported.
The policy for responsible investments is adopted by the Board of Governors and revised annually. The Board of Governors can decide on changes in or deviations from the policy as needed during the year.
